Mother Africa is committed to leadership building, advocacy, and community action by providing our community with the chance to navigate and overcome barriers. Barriers include and are not limited to accessing healthcare, education, safety, and economic independence. Mother Africa aims to fulfill its work by fostering an empowering environment that celebrates cultural diversity, families, and socio-economic growth.

Who is our community? 
The communities we serve are refugees and immigrants from over 20 countries in Africa and the Middle East. They speak: Arabic, French, Swahili, Mai Mai, Lingala, Amharic, Tigrinya, Dari, and Farsi. Most importantly, they call King County "home."

Community members attending the event are refugee and immigrant women from over 20 countries in Africa and the Middle East. Most of our community calls King County and Puget Sound home.

The event will also host several tables for the diverse community's small business owners to provide them with the opportunity to get publicity and expand their reach.

Sponsorship Options

Mother Africa offers six sponsorship levels; depending on the chosen level, the investment return will change. Sponsorship will take the form of monetary donations and in-kind donations.

1) Brand exposure and visibility to a minimum of 100 clients from our diverse communities

2) Driving traffic to your websites and social media platforms

3) Showcasing your flyers, brochures, products, and services
