Building Sustainable Alliances For African Refugee and Immigrants

This is our general case management and referrals program. As various resources come available, we outreach to and engage our African communities so that they become aware and connected to existing resources. We also provide intensive case management in a wide range of languages to attain employment, housing, connections to healthcare providers, and access public benefits. This program also encompasses our team of Cultural Navigators, who are actively disseminating resources and information about how to stay safe in the COVID-19 era.

We are actively seeking funding sources and partners to make this a full-time program for 2021.
