Safer Healthy Homes Program (SHH)

This program was created with the goal of reducing toxic exposure for people in our communities. We launched the pilot project in early 2020 to raise awareness about toxics and promote safer healthy home behavior through home visits, educational workshops and field trips to safe disposal sites in the region. Key topics include safe home cleaning products, disposal of hazardous cleaning products, mold, lead, and advocacy with landlords.
